Seth Ehrlich is a craftsperson in Port Washington who received his undergraduate degree in Industrial Arts Education from SUNY Oswego and his Master’s Degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute. He taught in the Port Washington Public Schools for 36 years. His subjects included woodworking, ceramics, metalworking, plastics, mechanical drawing, architectural drawing, packaging and manufacturing.

Seth has shown his paper castings and jewelry boxes at various venues. He hand makes acoustic guitars and holds a patent on a folding acoustic guitar. He has also made several kayaks and paddles as well as a canoe and he invented a device to help people with self rescue.

Since retiring Seth has worked mainly in wood and ceramics. He currently works in wood, creating very unique wooden jewelry boxes that incorporate a variety of materials.

The Paper media group is responsible for refreshments and door prizes.
